Peak Performance Sports and Kids’ Sports Psychology partner with National Alliance of Youth Sports (NAYS) new ShapeStuff online program for coaches. Dr. Patrick Cohn of Peak Performance Sports will provide sports psychology videos and tips for members of NAYS ShapeStuff program. ShapeStuff by NAYS allows coaches to have an easy-to-use tool that enables them to create sports-building exercises for their athletes to use between practices.
