  1. One of the best ways to help kids cope with the stress of performance, is to play video games. Kids love to win in video games. When they don’t they tend to go back and play, again and again, until they get better. It is the nature of the video game. I also encourage my kids to play milder educational games. This helps improve their gaming skills and helps them cope well when they don’t win. We generally play games from either https://www.jumpstart.com/ or other racing games. Some of these games are multiplayer which allows all of us to play. This helps kids understand healthy competition. After all the sporting spirit is crucial to an sport.
