Dr. Glen Albaugh is the author of “Winning the Battle Within”. He has also taught sports psychology at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California for 28 years. Dr. Albaugh specializes in sports psychology for golf. Dr. Cohn asks Dr. Albaugh about his approach to mental training.
